From the North and Boston: Take Route 93 South to Route 3 South Exit 7, which bears to the left, Braintree/Cape Cod. Get in the right lane immediately and take the next exit, Exit 18, Quincy Adams T Station & Washington Street, Braintree.
From the South: Take Route 3 North to Exit 19, Quincy Adams T Station & Quincy Center.
From the Southeast and West: Take Route 495 South to 95 North and take Route 93 North towards Boston. Bear right at the split of Route 3, South Shore Plaza in Braintree, to the next exit, Quincy Adams T & Washington Street, Braintree, Exit 18.
Once you exit, stay in the left lane. Take a left at the light, leaving T station on your right. Take next left into Crown Colony Office Park. Take first right onto Congress Street. Take the next two rights and continue to Building 100 at the end of the street.
The Nielsen Eye Center entrance is on the right side of the building. The Laser Eye Center is on the left side of the building. Parking is in the rear.
Convenient to Red Line T- STOP. Take the RED LINE to Quincy Adams T Station. Shuttle Buses run from the T Station to 500 Congress St. which is a short walk to our location. The buses run frequently from 6:00AM to 9:30AM and from 3:00PM to 6:30PM.

COMING FROM THE SOUTH SHORE: Take 128N to Exit 15A (Dedham Rt.1), stay in the right hand lane as soon as you get off of the exit. You will see the Showcase Cinema and Fox 25 on the right. Turn right in-between the two. You are now on Elm St. ***Follow directions below
COMING FROM THE NORTH SHORE: Take 128S to exit 15A (Dedham Rt.1) When you get off of the exit you will be going over the highway (128) and you will need to get in the right lane. At the light make a right on the street in between the Showcase Cinema and Fox 25. You are now on Elm St. ***Follow directions below
COMING FROM THE BOSTON AREA: Follow Rt. 1. When you see the Dedham Mall you should start getting into the left lane. You will pass through several stop lights. When you see the Showcase Cinema on your left, take a left at that light. You are now on Elm St. ***Follow directions below
COMING FROM THE NORTHWOOD AREA ON RT. 1: Follow Rt.1 When you go over 128 you should get into the right lane. You will see the Showcase Cinema and Fox 25 on your right. Turn right in between the two. You are now on Elm St. *** Follow directions below
***Our building is about 1/4 of a mile on the right side next to the Marriott Residence Inn. It is a brick building with a gray sign out front that says Norfolk Place 333 Elm St. We are on the 1st floor on the left as you enter the front entrance.

Take Rt. 3 to Exit 15 (Hingham Derby St.) Coming from the north, take a right off of the exit. From the south, take a left off of the exit. Go through the first set of lights then immediately get into the turning lane. Turn left at 99 Derby St., we are across from Bertucci's Restaurant. We are located on the 3rd floor, Suite 306.
