Office and billing staff very helpful and attentive.

Nielsen Eye Center - both the team and tech - were fantastic. I realized just before my FSA plan year end that I had some 'use it or lose it' funds left, and decided to finally pursue LASIK. After a brief quiz online, I was able to book a consult appointment for just a day later - amazingly quick! Got a callback from a coordinator, Jen who was very helpful - informative, organized, friendly. Skipped in for the consult, and although my appointment started a bit late, I didn't mind at all, it was well worth it. Sam took me through a series of fascinating tests on high tech equipment, simultaneously doing a thorough history about my eyesight, lifestyle, goals, etc. She was fabulous, had some great insights, and a real knack for teasing out the important factors from my descriptions. After that I met with the founder, Dr. Nielsen, for a brief consult. He reviewed all the intake info and made a treatment recommendation, which sounded to me, so I booked it! The exit staff was great as well, organized, talked me through all the paperwork and financing, rates seemed reasonable. And I really liked their holistic approach - your follow-up care/exams are included, you get some price breaks on future treatments if you 'do your homework' post-procedure and/or do your regular eye care through them. Good for me, since I'm only having one eye done now and may need the other done years from now; and also I've needed a 'real' eye doc for years, so this works out great. Very much looking forward to my laser treatment in a few weeks and being able to see clearly again!

Convenient, courteous service, prompt, all were friendly. Would that all visits elsewhere were as comfortable.Always has been.Besides, if I had something bad to say, I might be given another Church assignment.
