Dr. Namrata Nandakumar is a board Certified Ophthalmologist having completed a vitreo-retinal surgical fellowship, at Massachusetts Eye And Ear Infirmary/ Retina Specialists.
Dr. Namrata Nandakumar specializes in the treatment of both medical and surgical vitreo-retinal diseases.
Education and Training
She received her M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the New England Eye Center at Tufts Medical Center. She did her fellowship at Harvard Medical School at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston. Dr. Nandakumar is currently on the faculty at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and is on the staff of the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. She is currently involved with research at the Schepens Eye Research Institute at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Affiliated with Harvard Medical School & Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary.
